Vom Zimmerfenster aus schaut man zum Teil ins Grüne und sieht aufgrund der leicht erhöhten Lage gelegentlich den Sonnenaufgang. Innen am Zimmerfenster befindet sich bereits ein Rollo mit Schienen, sodass sich das Zimmer zum Schlafen nahezu vollständig abdunkeln lässt. Ein Fahrradkeller und Wäschekeller sind jeweils mit nutzbar. Das Zimmer und alle andere Räume der Wohnung sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, sodass so gut wie nie Mücken oder ähnliches in die Wohnung finden. From window of the respective room, you look partly into the greenery and occasionally see the sunrise due to the slightly elevated position. On the inside of the room's window is already a roller blind with rails, so that the room can be almost completely darkened for sleeping. A bicycle cellar and laundry cellar can be used. The room and all other rooms of the apartment are equipped with fly screens, so that as good as never mosquitoes or the like find their way into the apartment.
