I am looking for a new tenant for my studio apartment on the 5th floor of Fritz Tower. The apartment is compact but very well laid out, with plenty of storage space and large windows that make it feel bright and spacious. It faces north, which keeps it cooler in summer, while its location on the 5th floor still provides plenty of daylight. The apartment comes partially furnished with a fitted kitchen, stovetop, microwave, fridge, built-in desk, TV, small dining table and two chairs. I can also sell the bed, some kitchen utensils and two additional pieces of furniture that I bought for the apartment at a fair price, if desired. The video shows the apartment with my current furniture and setup. Residents have access to a shared gym, coworking space, bicycle storage, paid washing machines and dryers, a shared courtyard, a simple unfurnished rooftop terrace and a concierge service. The concierge can receive parcels, hold keys for plant watering, help with printing and assist with similar everyday requests. The building has a friendly and international community, including a shared WhatsApp group and occasional social activities. There is no private cellar or parking space included, but parking may be available through neighbouring buildings.
