Das Fenster öffnet sich zur Straße, wodurch Tagsüber viel Sonne ins Zimmer kommt. Abends kann man es durch das Rollo super abdunkeln. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon, einen gemeinsamen Esstisch, einer großen Küche mit allem was man braucht, zwei Toiletten und einem großen Bad. Im Keller ist genug Platz für Fahrräder und sonstiges. The room is relatively spacious and already furnished with everything you need for everyday living. It comes with a large bed, sofa, table, wardrobe, bedside table, shelving unit, mirror, and a fan. The window faces the street, allowing plenty of natural sunlight into the room during the day. In the evening, the blackout roller blind makes it easy to darken the room completely. The apartment features a small balcony, a shared dining area, a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, two separate toilets, and a large bathroom. Die Karlshöhe ist ebenfalls ein Highlight und ermöglicht einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Schwabstraße S-Bahn station, providing quick and convenient access to Stuttgart Central Station within just a few minutes. Several supermarkets, including REWE, Penny, and Lidl, are located nearby, along with a wide variety of excellent restaurants. Another highlight of the neighborhood is Karlshöhe, a popular hill offering beautiful panoramic views over the city. Unsere WG hat einen internationalen Charakter. Deine Mitbewohner sind: Luca (28), aus Italien, welcher in Vaihingen arbeitet. Mahima (25), hat in New York studiert und macht ein Praktikum bei Mercedes. Nikita (24), aus Georgien, macht eine Ausbildung zum Zahnarztassistent. Nach der Arbeit kochen wir gerne zusammen und tauschen uns aus. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr locker. Jeder kümmert sich um das gemeinsame Miteinander wie es gerade möglich ist. Our shared apartment has a truly international atmosphere.
