Room in Trier-Süd for September

A very nice, spacey, and luminous furnished room is available from September 4th to October 3rd with a desposit of 464€. Initially planned as a sublet, but with the possibility of turning into a rental contract from October.

The room:

My bedroom is west-facing, with a beautiful sunset view.

The apartment:

The apartment gets plenty of light, is very conveniently located and very well equipped. All electrical appliances and furniture is included. There is a roof with an amazing view and the living room floor has big beautiful windows and a perfect space for plants. There is a smoking room for those who want to use it, far away and isolated from other spaces. Heating and internet are included in the price, with occasional added heating costs, which we usually receive 100% back from the company. There is a bike room on the ground floor, which we share with the neighbours, and an underground storage room.

The flatmates:

Two students, 24 and 35 years old. German and Indian, friendly and happy to share the flat with the new person. Guests are welcome, and the atmosphere is nice, and they are clean, neat, respectful and friendly. Both speak German and English.
