We are sub-leasing our partially furnished bright apartment for the next years (period up to discussion with you what fits you), starting October 1st, 2021. The flat is super-centrally located, with basically everything within a few hundred metres walking distance - bright and carefully taken care of, with three rooms in total on 71 square metres It is located in the third floor without a lift. Two rooms are connected through a door, and also with regards to the neigbhbours this flat might be more recommendable for a couple without kids or pets. Parking is available as "Anwohnerparken" in the streets around, typically takes 0-2 minutes maximum to find a parking spot with the tenant pass.
