English below Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer im Süden von Connewitz. ÜBER DAS ZIMMER: Das Zimmer ist ein Dachzimmer, also immer sonnig. Das Zimmer ist rechteckig und hat ein großes Fenster. Es liegt im 4. Stock eines sehr schönen Altbaus. Der WLAN-Router ist auch nur in diesem Zimmer, also kannst du dich mit deinem Computer an das Kabel anschließen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. ÜBER DIE WG: Die WG hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Pfannen). Außerdem hat sie eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Lage Das Gebäude liegt 2 Minuten von 2 Bahnhöfen entfernt, also fahren ständig viele Straßenbahnen durch. Außerdem sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt Netto und 10 Minuten zum REWE. Es gibt auch einen Laden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse in der Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit jeder Straßenbahn 20 Minuten entfernt. Die HTWK ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist nur 2 Haltestellen entfernt. Wie überall in Connewitz gibt es direkt vor dem Gebäude viele Bars und Bereiche, in denen man sich treffen kann. Die Atmosphäre in Süd-Connewitz ist sehr alternativ und punkig und jede Woche finden alle möglichen Konzerte statt. Wenn Sie abends gerne ein oder zwei Bier trinken, ist die Sto eine der besten Straßen in Deutschland dafür. Auf der Straße gibt es alle möglichen kleinen Geschäfte wie Vinyl-Läden und Pflanzenläden. Die Karli ist auch ganz in der Nähe, der perfekte Ort für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder einen Film/Club am Abend. WG-Typ Sie werden die Wohnung mit zwei anderen jungen Männern aus der Schweiz teilen Sonstiges Die Leute im Gebäude sind alle ständige Bewohner, es ist also wie eine nette Gemeinschaft :). Wir veranstalten oft Grillabende und Treffen zu besonderen Anlässen wie Weihnachten. Jeder, der im Gebäude wohnt, ist eingeladen! Die Nachbarn lieben das Gebäude und kümmern sich oft selbst darum. Im Garten gibt es viel Platz, um Ihr Fahrrad abzuschließen. Nice spacious room in the south of Connewitz. ABOUT THE ROOM: The room is an attic room so its always sunny. The room is rectangular with one big window. It's on the 4th floor of a very nice old building .The wifi router is only also in this room so you can connect to the cable with you computer. The room comes unfurnished. ABOUT THE WG: The wg has a fully equipped kitchen(oven, stove, dishwasher, pans). Also has a bathtub and a washing machine. Location The building is located 2 minutes away from 2 stations so it has a lot of trams going through all the time. Also a 5 minute walk from the supermarket Netto and 10 minutes from REWE. Theres also a place with fresh fruit and vegetable nearby. The Haubtbahnhof is 20 minutes away with any tram. The HTWK is a 15 minute walk away. Also the gym is just 2 stops away. As with every place in Connewitz there are lots of bars and areas to gather right outside the building. The atmosphere in south connewitz is very alternative and punk and there are all sorts of concerts happening every week. If you're a person who likes to have a beer or two in the evening the Sto is one of the best streets to do so in Germany. There are all kinds of small businesses on the street like vinyl stores and plant shops. The Karli is also very close, which is the perfect place go for a coffee in the morning or a movie/club in the evening. Other Information Everyone in the building is a long-term resident, so it has a friendly community feel. :) We often organize barbecues and get-togethers for special occasions like Christmas. Everyone who lives in the building is invited! The neighbors really care about the building and often help look after it themselves.
