I will be away for one month (November) so I rent my appartment.

Please keep in mind it's only available from 1st of November to 30th of November. No long term rent possible.

Enjoy Munich in the best way possible - with a astonishing view from the rooftop terrace over the roofs of Munich and to the Olympiapark.

The flat has fantasic big windows in the living room so it's full of sunshine.

It has a brand new kitchen just installed some month ago.

A wonderful sunset nearly every evening is awaiting you.

City Center and the best sights of Munich are very close. The Leopoldstreet leads you direct into city center.

Carefully hand choosed furniture and chandeliers in nearly every room

You have a big bed (2 x 1,60 m) for 2 people in sleeping room and a sleeping couch (2,05 x 0,85 m plus longchair) which can host a guest in the living room.

There is a garden with small playground which can be used by all inhabitants.

Heating and electric will be included (fair use) extensiv usage will be charged by consumption
