The neighbourhood is residential and child friendly, yet 3min to subways, opposite of 2 supermarkets and an organic supermarket with a great bakery and coffee place to sit outside and enjoy. Calm streets, yet close to diverse cafes, restaurants and sightseeings. 10min to Alexanderplatz by subway.
The space is free for 3 months, for a single person or a couple. The wooden floor, minimalistic furniture and white walls will give you a serene feeling. The big table is perfect for work as well as for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bedroom has a queen bed & the living room a big divan sofa. There will be enough pillows and sheets. The kitchenette has anything you need: pots, pans, plates, forks, knives…The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and there will be enough towels, toothpaste, cleaning agents etc. The space has a washer and dryer.
