*Description of the apartment*

This beautiful 1.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 and can be rented out fully furnished. It is located in a quiet side street in the up-and-coming district of Schleußig.

Due to its southwest orientation, the apartment is flooded with light all day and is always bright and welcoming. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and an elevator is available.

The house community is young, dynamic, friendly and familiar. There is a WhatsApp group for all neighbors.

This apartment is rented for a minimum of 6 months and is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The rental price includes all amenities you might need as well as utilities (electricity, internet, heating, water etc.). Perfectly suited for business trips, international students, temporary workers or young couples.

Visits are possible from the 11th of September (only in person). When applying, please include your full name, current address and contact information (cell phone number, email address). The earliest moving-in date would be the 29th of October.
