Wir vermieten wegen eines Auslandaufenthalts unsere schöne möblierte Dreizimmerwohnung (77qm) am Mauerpark befristet kurzfristig bis ca. Mitte Juni 2027 unter (über genaue Daten lässt sich sprechen, ggf. Möglichkeit für Verlängerung).

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am oberen, ruhigen Ende des Mauerparks, fußläufig zum Gleimviertel und den Szenevierteln des Prenzlauer Berg und ist über den Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (ICE, S-Bahn and U-Bahn) großartig angebunden. Sie liegt in einem Neubau im 2. Stock (mit Aufzug), der im Sommer schön kühl und im Winter sehr gut gedämmt ist. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Küche und ein großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit einem großen West-Balkon. Der Fahrradkeller befindet sich in der Tiefgarage.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll möbliert und ausgestattet. Wir suchen zuverlässige Untermieter, die sorgsam mit unseren Sachen umgehen.

Die Miete beträgt warm 1784,50€. Dazu kommt noch Strom, Internet (44,70€) und GEZ (18,36€). Die Untervermietung erfolgt mit Einverständnis des Vermieters, eine Anmeldung ist möglich!

We are letting our lovely, furnished three-room flat (77 square metres) near Mauerpark on a short-term basis until around mid-June 2027, as we will be spending time abroad (exact dates are negotiable; there may be the possibility of an extension).

The flat is situated right at the upper, quiet end of Mauerpark, within walking distance of the Gleimviertel and the trendy neighbourhoods of Prenzlauer Berg, and has excellent transport links (ICE, S-Bahn and U-Bahn) via Gesundbrunnen trainstation. The flat is on the second floor (with a lift) of a modern building, which stays nice and cool in summer and is very well insulated in winter. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large dining/living room with a spacious west-facing balcony. The bicycle storage is located in the underground car park.

The flat is lovingly furnished and equipped. We are looking for reliable subtenants who will treat our belongings with care.

The rent, including ancillary cost and heating, is €1,784.50. On top of this, there are costs for electricity and internet (€44.70) and the GEZ licence fee (€18.36). Subletting is granted with the landlord’s consent; registration is possible!
