Möbeliertes WG-Zimmer in 2er WG NEUBAU

I’m looking for a flatmate who would like to move in from September 15th.

The security deposit (Kaution) can be paid in three monthly instalments.
Electricity, Internet as well as Rundfunkbeitrag we are splitting and paying together. Those are not included in the Kaltmiete or Nebenkosten.

The outside of the house is still under construction, but the inside is already finished, new, and completely ready to live in. A small terrace will also be built soon and will belong to our apartment, so it will only be used by us. The apartment is im Untergeschoss.

About living together 🏡

A peaceful, minimalist, and tidy home is very important to me. I don’t like clutter or having lots of things everywhere. I prefer a home with only the things we actually need, so that everyday life feels simple, light, and calm.

Since the apartment is new, I would love for us to keep it new, well cared for, and uncluttered together. Let’s take good care of our home and keep it pleasant, tidy, and in great condition for the long term, without accumulating unnecessary things.

It’s also important to me that our vibes and ideas about living together match and that we can create a harmonious home where both of us feel free and welcome.

I’m not really a fan of cleaning schedules, fixed chores, or household deadlines. Instead, I would love to live with someone who naturally takes responsibility for our shared home: if you see that something needs to be done, you simply do it, without waiting for the other person or expecting them to take care of it. It’s not about dividing every task, but about both people naturally contributing and taking care of the home equally.

Of course, this works both ways. I like keeping shared spaces clean on a regular basis, especially the kitchen and the stovetop. You cooked, you cleaned the stove immediately, without leaving any pans on the stove and dishes in or next to the sink. This is very important to me that everything will be emty and clean after cooking.

About me 🌍

I work and study at the same time, and I actually prefer speaking English over German. I would therefore be especially happy to live with an mature international person, as I’m originally not from Germany either.

I’m looking for a friendly and relaxed living situation. I would like us to genuinely enjoy living together, in lightness, ease, harmony and no hard feelings/demands or expectations, respecting each other.
