Features a piano (which you are welcome to play if you are a trained musician); Balcony (1.5m x 3.9m): Accessible from the living room, equipped with a table and two chairs, overlooking neighboring gardens; Bedroom: Outfitted with a double bed (140 cm wide, spring mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, iron, ironing board, and laundry hanger; Kitchen: Traditional, charming style featuring an electric hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dining table with two stools, French press, kettle, and fully stocked cookware/utensils; Bathroom: Bathtub with a standing shower setup (new shower curtain installed), washing machine with a built-in dryer, cosmetic drawers, and a storage.
