Die Wohnung liegt ideal am Wismarplatz, nur drei Gehminuten vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt. Hier pulsiert das Leben, denn Bars, Restaurants und Clubs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Samstags lockt der Bauernmarkt am Boxhagener Platz, sonntags der Flohmarkt.
Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend. Das Ostkreuz, die Samariterstraße, die Frankfurter Allee und die Warschauer Straße sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Von hier aus erreicht man bequem die Ringbahn, die mittlere Stadtbahn, die U5 und die U1. Direkt vor der Haustür halten Busse Richtung Ostbahnhof. Der Flughafen ist vom Ostkreuz aus in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Taxistand befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür.
