Nachmieter gesucht – schöne sonnige 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im Sprengelkiez, frei ab 01.10.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in der Sparrstraße, mitten im Sprengelkiez.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 68 m² groß und hat viel klassischen Berliner Altbaucharme: hohe Decken, Stuck und schöne Flügeltüren. Dazu gibt es eine Einbauküche, einen Balkon und einen Keller.

Besonders schön ist die Lage im Sprengelkiez – entspannt, lebendig und mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. U6 und U9 sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

I’m looking for a new tenant for my lovely 2-room apartment in Sparrstraße, right in the heart of Sprengelkiez.

The apartment is around 68 m² and has plenty of classic Berlin Altbau charm, including high ceilings, original stucco details and beautiful double doors. It also comes with a fitted kitchen, a balcony and a cellar.

The location is one of the nicest things about the apartment: Sprengelkiez has a relaxed and lively neighbourhood feel, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. U6 and U9 are also within easy walking distance.
