Cozy Winter Residency with Sauna in the heart of Berlin

We are subletting our cozy and fully furnished apartment in Berlin-Neukölln with 93 m2, sauna, balcony and 3,5 rooms between middle of December 2026 until April 2027 (~4 months). Our personal highlight is surely the sauna, which makes winter in Berlin much more bearable. If you wish, we can leave you some infusions that you can use in the sauna.
We can also leave cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen, so you only have to your own personal belongings and go food shopping.

We would prefer to sublet to a couple.
The price is a total of 1805€ per month, all bills, internet and furniture included.
A safety deposit of 1 month’s rent is required
