The bright apartment on the 3rd floor offers 62.94 m² of living space and has been extensively and to a high standard renovated. It features a well-designed layout with a very bright living room facing the street and a quiet bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard. Move-in is possible immediately by arrangement with the current tenant.
The newly installed kitchen is included in the rental and features modern built-in cabinets, an induction hob, an oven, and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided and included in the rental. The large refrigerator (purchased in 2025) can be taken over upon request.
The bathroom has also been freshly renovated and features a bathtub with a shower function. Two separate storage rooms in the hallway provide additional storage space and help keep the apartment organized.
The apartment also includes a private basement storage room.
The apartment is offered as a non-smoking apartment.
