Wir suchen einen Mieter / eine Mieterin für unsere Wohnung in der Tschaikowskistraße.

We are looking for a tenant for our apartment on Tschaikowskistraße.

The apartment is a spacious 60 m² attic flat with an open-plan layout, on the top floor of a five-storey building in one of Leipzig's most central neighbourhoods.

The flat consists of one large room serving as living and dining area, with a partial partition wall creating a separate area that works well as a sleeping space. Adjoining the main room are the kitchen and a small bathroom, both connected by a compact hallway directly opposite the entrance, which includes a built-in wardrobe ideal for coats and shoes. This layout makes the most of the 60 m² of living space, dedicating it to the actual rooms and keeping the hallway — which connects the living areas on either side of the flat — to a minimum. Thanks to its elevated position, large windows and skylights in the main room and bathroom, the apartment enjoys excellent natural light.

The apartment also includes its own cellar storage room (Keller). In addition, the building offers private indoor bicycle parking as well as a communal garden for the use of all residents.

The apartment is located on Tschaikowskistraße in the Waldstraßenviertel, very close to Leipzig city centre. Supermarkets (Konsum, Aldi, Netto and Rewe), pharmacies, restaurants and cafés are just a few metres away, and the area offers easy access to parks, the football stadium and the university sports grounds, among other Leipzig landmarks.
