I’m looking for a new tenant, starting immediately and on a temporary basis through the end of December, for a great apartment in a prime location in Friedrichshain (Boxhagener Straße), ideal for working professionals, doctoral students, etc.
Great location near public transit and the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station. The apartment was first rented to me in September 2025 as a new construction on the 5th floor of a renovated historic building (no elevator). The like-new apartment is fully furnished with a large bed, wardrobe, desk, coffee table, etc., and features a large furnished balcony.

Additionally: a 55-inch OLED TV, an electrically height-adjustable desk, blackout curtains, etc. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a washing machine, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. All you need to bring is your suitcase. Internet, electricity, water, trash collection, and all other utilities are included in the rent.
The security deposit is one month’s rent.
