A room is becoming available in my 100 m2 apartment on Sachsenhäuser Berg, freshly renovated in 2025. I’m looking for a new flatmate for a friendly and relaxed 2-person flatshare.

About the Room

• approx. 19 m2
• Private bathroom with shower (approx. 3 m2) incl. Mirror cabinet
• Access to the shared balcony
• Bright windows & quiet location
• A separate nook suitable for a wardrobe

Location

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage: Ein Tegut ist direkt nebenan, und Edeka, Aldi sowie Hit sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV:

• 10 Min. zu Fuß zur Mörfelder Landstraße (Tram & Bus)
• 12–15 Min. zum Südbahnhof
• 3 Min. zu den Linien 30 & M36 Richtung Innenstadt
• Ruhige, grüne Umgebung und dennoch sehr gut angebunden

Wer etwas Natur braucht, ist in ca. 10 Minuten im Stadtwald.

The apartment is in a fantastic location: there’s a Tegut right next door, and Edeka, Aldi, and Hit are all within a 10-minute walk.

Great public transport connections:

• 10 minutes on foot to Mörfelder Landstraße (tram & bus)
• 12–15 minutes to Südbahnhof
• 3 minutes to bus lines 30 & M36 towards the city center
• Quiet, green surroundings while still extremely well connected

If you need a bit of nature, the Stadtwald is about a 10-minute walk away.

Ich bin 26, arbeite Vollzeit und liebe ein sauberes, gemütliches Zuhause. Ich koche gern, mache ab und zu Spieleabende und hoste gelegentlich Freund*innen, alles im Rahmen und mit Rücksicht. Ich mag eine entspannte, offene WG, in der man sich versteht und respektiert, aber auch mal gemeinsam etwas unternimmt.

Wenn ich suche

• sauber und organisiert ist,
• das WG-Leben mag,

I’m 26, work full-time, and love a clean, cozy home. I enjoy cooking, hosting the occasional game night, and having friends over — always respectfully and not excessively. I like a relaxed, open flatshare where people get along and respect each other.
