The apartment was furnished in mid-2017. The living area is furnished with a high quality sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, desk and dining area. The kitchen offers, among other things, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood and microwave. It is also where you will find the washing machine and dryer. There is currently a sofabed in the entrance hall. If required, the property owner can provide an additional bed. The bedroom offers a large, spacious wardrobe and a bed (1.80m x 2.00m). The district of Aplerbeck lies around 6km to the south-east of the city centre, and is over 1,100 years old. The central focus and shopping area is Köln-Berliner Straße. Worth a visit is Haus Rodenberg, a moated castle dating from the Middle Ages. The northern part of Aplerbeck is a residential area with lots of greenery.
