Hey! Wir suchen eine Person, die Lust auf ein gemütliches, helles Zimmer mitten in Berlin hat. Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und liegt im 7. Stock (mit Aufzug). Es ist durch die Höhe richtig schön hell und geht zum Innenhof raus, sodass es trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig ist. Durch das Hochbett nutzt man den Raum echt gut, unten hat man Platz zum Arbeiten oder Chillen. Schreibtisch, Stuhl und eine kleine Couch bleiben im Zimmer. Die Lage ist schwer zu toppen: Du bist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Alexanderplatz mit U2, U5, U8 und der S-Bahn. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Cafés und Restaurants, Supermärkte sowieso, und der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist auch nicht weit. Prenzlauer Berg ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und ein Kellerabteil. Der Innenhof ist super angenehm, wenn man mal kurz raus möchte. In der WG würdest du mit Tarek, Samo und Pinn wohnen. Alle drei sind wirklich lieb, ordentlich und freundlich. Samo sieht man am Wochenende meistens beim Meal Prep in der Küche, Pinn sitzt immer mal wieder dort zum Lernen, und Tarek ist früh wach und kommt abends von der Arbeit zurück. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag, aber man quatscht gerne mal zusammen oder sitzt einfach entspannt in der Küche ohne Verpflichtung, ganz natürlich. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert, und generell legen alle Wert darauf, dass es zuhause sauber und angenehm bleibt. Die WG ist insgesamt international, ruhig und sehr unkompliziert. Wenn du das Gefühl hast, dass das passen könnte, melde dich gerne. Einzug wäre ab dem 1.12. möglich, aber früher geht auch. *english*Hey! We’re looking for someone who’d like to move into a bright and cozy room right in the heart of Berlin. The room is 12 m² and located on the 7th floor (yes, there’s an elevator). Because it faces the courtyard and gets a lot of sunlight from above, it’s both bright and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The loft bed makes great use of the space — underneath you have enough room to work, relax, or set things up comfortably. A desk, chair, and small couch are included. The location is honestly hard to beat: It’s about a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz, where you can access the U2, U5, U8 and the S-Bahn. The area is full of cafés, restaurants and shops, and Volkspark Friedrichshain is close by too. Prenzlauer Berg is also just a short distance away. The apartment is well equipped: there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and storage space in the basement. The courtyard is also a really nice, calm spot if you want to step outside for a moment. You’d be living with Tarek, Samo, and Pinn. They’re all super friendly, tidy, and easygoing. You’ll usually find Samo in the kitchen on Saturdays or Sundays doing his meal prep, and Pinn sometimes studies there. Tarek is an early riser and you mostly see him again when he comes home from work. Everyone has their own rhythm, but people are always up for a relaxed chat or just hanging out in the kitchen when the moment feels right. There’s a cleaning schedule that actually works, and everyone cares about keeping the flat comfortable and pleasant. The WG vibe overall is international, friendly, and rather calm.
