Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, kann also sofort bezogen werden.Sie liegt nahe dem S-Bhf Köpenick. 📆 Dauer: verfügbar ab 01.02.26 – 31.07/30.08.26 (eventuell ist eine längere oder kürzere Mietdauer möglich, gerne einfach anschreiben) 💸 Es handelt sich um einen Gesamtpreis (warm) 1.500,00€ pro Monat, inkl. NK (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet etc.) 🔎 Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG (ohne Fahrstuhl) und besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer (inkl. ausziehbarem Schlafsofa), Küche (inkl. kleine Geschirrspülmaschine), Badezimmer (inkl. Waschmaschine), Flur, kleine Abstellkammer und kleiner Balkon. Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt hat die Wohnung schöne hohe Decken😊 Es gibt einen Fahrradraum im Keller. Auch im Hinterhof kann man es anschließen. Die Wohnung hat eine Nord-Süd-Ausrichtung, ist also nicht zu dunkel und nicht zu hell. Alle Räume sind zur Garten/Hofseite ausgerichtet. Nur das Wohnzimmer liegt zur Nebenstraße. 🧭 Die Wohnung liegt im Süd-Osten Berlins im grünen Stadtteil Köpenick und ist gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die S-Bahn (S3) und auch Busse und Straßenbahnen sind fußläufig in unter 5 Min. erreichbar. Auch ein Shopping-Center (Forum Köpenick) sowie zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. TK Maxx, Aldi, Rewe), Restaurants, Bäckerei und ein Fitnessstudio befinden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht weit weg gibt es ebenfalls ein Kaufland und Hellweg. Gleichzeitig ist man auch schnell in der Natur. Zur Altstadt Köpenick (direkt an der Spree) sind es ca. 15 Min zu Fuß. Auch das FEZ (Schwimmhalle) ist nicht weit weg. Mit der S-Bahn kommt man zudem schnell ins schöne Friedrichshagen und der Müggelsee mit Strandbad sind von dort dann auch nicht mehr weit. Richtung Stadtmitte ist Ostkreuz 15 Min. entfernt. ⛔️ nur an Nicht-Raucher, keine Haustiere erlaubt. It is located near the S-Bahn station Köpenick. 📆 Duration: free from February 1 – July 31/August 30, 2026 (a longer or shorter rental period may be possible, feel free to message) 💸 It is a fixed total price per month (all-in) = 1.500,00€ (including water, heating, electricity, internet and all other). 🔎 The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and consists of a bedroom, living room (couch can be extended), kitchen (including a small dishwasher), bathroom (including a new washing machine), hallway, small storage room, and small balcony. As it is an old building, the apartment has beautiful high ceilings 😊 There is a bicycle storage room in the basement. You can also lock it up in the backyard. The apartment has a north-south orientation, so it is not too dark and not too bright. Plants can thrive here (see pictures). All rooms face the garden/courtyard. Only the living room is situated to the street. 🧭 The apartment is located in the south-east of Berlin in the green district of Köpenick and has good public transport connections. The S-Bahn (S3) as well as buses and trams are within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). A shopping center (Forum Köpenick) and numerous other shopping facilities (including TK Maxx, Aldi, Rewe), restaurants, backery and a gym are also in the immediate vicinity. Not far away, there is also Kaufland and Hellweg. Towards the city center, Ostkreuz is 15 minutes away. ⛔️ Non-smokers only, no pets allowed.
