In front of the building there is a bus stop served by route 362 towards the centre of Herne. (Journey time to Herne city centre approx 7 minutes.) The apartment is ideal for two people. Non-smoking property. A cleaning service and change of linens can be arranged. The rent already includes service charges and heating costs for one person. If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100. Occupancy by three or four people upon request. Electricity must be paid for separately, according to use. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Spacious, fully equipped dining kitchen with fitted units, fridge-freezer and a dining area with table. The two living/sleeping rooms each have their own entrance, and are furnished with a single bed, sofa, table, chest of drawers and a TV. The spacious bathroom features light-coloured tiling, a bath with shower fitting, WC, washbasin and window. Wi-fi internet access possible.
