The apartment comes fully furnished, including bed, sofa, two wardrobes, Utensils, TV, dining, work area (for home office), washing machine, dish washer, etc. Surrounding the area are various convenience stores such as LIDL, Norma, etc. Access to U-bahn is a mere 10 minute walk, while buses come every 10-15 minutes. The area is also good for walks, bicycle riding etc. The total rent is 750€, inclusive of all other ancillary costs such heating, internet, electricity, etc. You only need to move in with your luggage.
