Etage und bietet mit 68 m² Wohnfläche ausreichend Platz für ein angenehmes Zusammenleben. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, Flur, Bad und Keller zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Dazu kommen 2 Zimmer und eine Kammer und einen Keller. Das angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß mit einem großen Balkon. Aktuell wohnt eine Frau (20 Jahre alt) in der WG in einem Zimmer mit Kammer. Gesucht wird eine offene, zuverlässige weibliche Person im selben Alter (plus minus ein paar Jahre) die gut in eine freundliche und respektvolle WG-Atmosphäre passt. Ideal geeignet für Studentinnen oder junge Berufstätige. Miete inklusive Betriebskosten 530 Euro warm In den Kosten nicht enthalten: WLAN, Strom & Wasser ( wird mit der Mitbewohnerin geteilt). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten gegeben. Die Vermietung erfolgt für 6 Monate befristet. Eine Entfristung ist in der Zukunft möglich.
