Fantastic apartment on the fifth storey of a new apartment block in the centre of Unterbilk. The property’s location is excellent: the MedienHafen (‘Media Harbour’), with the adjoining Rheinpromenade (‘Rhine Promenade’), the state chancellery and the city centre, with its renowned shopping street the Königsallee, are only a stone’s throw away. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, freestanding fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a basic selection of tableware and cooking utensils. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The third room is perfect for use as a home office. The spacious, tastefully designed bathroom offers a bath and a separate walk-in shower. A washing machine is installed in the utility room. Internet access provided.
