Hi everyone! (Room is for one person, NO COUPLES 😊) I’m renting out a bright, quiet, fully furnished room with its own balcony — available from now on ✨ in a FLATSHARED APARTMENT. We Are 3 persons living in the apartment in total. Me, Dani, and maybe you. :) So again: this is a room in a apartment of 3 bedroom! The bed is very comfortable, so you’ll definitely sleep well. The area is green and beautiful: Isar with the Surfwelle only 8 minutes away, even a golf course nearby — and still super well connected (U3 → 10 min to Marienplatz, Bus 134 in front of the door, S7 Siemenswerke 7 min walk). Edeka 2 min. Free parking is available, and there’s also a garage — you’re very welcome to park your car there. About us: I’m an event planner, singer and music producer, organizing many events in Munich. I love meeting inspiring people and live by a simple tipptopp philosophy — good energy, respect, easygoing vibe. We also have a piano, so if you’re into music, feel free to play. Dani is the other flatmate — super outgoing and really cool. He works in gastronomy, leaves around 14:00 and comes back around midnight, so it often feels like you’re living alone.
