It is a three room apartment, with one small bedroom, one large bedroom, (bed sizes: large room 180x200, small room 120x200), plus a huge living area with, if needed , a fold down wall bed (140x200) which is great for guests, (but for long term not really suitable as a 3rd bedroom as it would block the biggest room and the only access to the balcony)The best spot to relax is on the south facing terrace/balcony which has a table and chairs for a loverly breakfast or to watch the sunset over the rooftops, And of course the Alex TV tower.Original exposed roof beams and lots of sun. It has everything you would need for a great stay; beautiful full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and fully furnished with simplistic Danish design furniture and a big comfortable sofa, TV plus high speed internet.The rental time is minimum 2 monthsThe street located is right between the wonderful Helmholtzplatz and the beloved Winsviertel, so more bars and restaurants, plus parks and table tennis places, than you could ever need.If you do want to leave, trams from the corner can take you direct to Kreuzberg ( 19mins) or Alexander Platz (14mins) and multiple S-bahn and U-bahn stations are just a 10min walk away.Also note for the those who might be scared of the walk: it is the top floor with no lift. 101steps, but well worth it.Ähnliche Angebote
