It is located on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, without a lift, however, the view and the long sun times are worthwhile. There is a south balcony by the living area and another spacious balcony by the bedroom. The apartment is modern, well-kept and practical. It offers a bedroom for 1 - 2 people (bed 1.40m) with open double-breasted wardrobe. Another spacious wardrobe with a large mirror is in the hallway. In the kitchen area is a sofa bed for guests of the tenant. Please note our facilities below! All additional costs and even electricity, heating, Wifi, Cable-TV with USB port are included in the price.All you have to bring is some clothes and your Laptop!The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, gas stove, refrigerator, espresso cooker (due to environmental reasons we do not support pad machines), microwave, , toaster, dishwasher, disches, pots and pans. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and washing machine. Towels are, of course, included in the bathroom equipment.Thanks to the central location of the apartment, the main destinations, whether museums or shopping, are quickly accessible.The main railway station is a 5-minute walk away, 7 minutes from Königsallee. The nearest supermarket is 1 minute (Mon-Sat, 07:00h-0:00h) and the Japanese Quarter is only a 10-minute walk away. The transport connections, whether direction of the airport (15mins), Old Town (5 min) or Trade Fair (12min), are unbeatable. Car2go and Bike2go as well as E-Scooters can be found near you everywhere. Around the corner is Ellington, one of the hottest cocktail bars of Düsseldorf. About 400m is the event supermarket Zurheide "The Crown " with lots of delicacies. A footpath over the Kö to the old town is definitely worth it. The extraordinary K21 museum is also within walking distance and is located in the middle of a beautiful park.
