This is a newly renovated attic apartment in a charming Altbau, located right next to S-Bahnhof Berlin-Köpenick. We were the first tenants after the 2023 renovation, so the apartment is still in excellent, almost-new condition. The flat features: - 1 bedroom - A very spacious living room area connected to the open kitchen - A large bathroom with floor heating - A beautiful private terrace for your exclusive use - A bike storage is included *Viewings will take place during March 13–16.* Please note that the lease transfer is conditional upon taking over our furniture. We are currently preparing a detailed list with estimated prices, and all information can be discussed during the viewing. The location is highly convenient, with S-Bahn, tram, and bus connections nearby. Supermarkets such as REWE and dm-drogerie markt are within walking distance, as well as a large shopping center. The charming old town of Köpenick, Müggelsee, and several other beautiful lakes are also easily accessible. The only minor drawback is that the building does not have an elevator.
