*English Version Below* Da sich meine Studiensituation geändert hat, plane ich bis Ende März aus dieser Wohnung auszuziehen und suche entsprechend eine/n Nachmieter/in zu Anfang April, befristet bis zum 31.10.2026. Es würde sich um eine Untermiete bei meinem aktuellen Mitmieter handeln! Da mein Mitbewohner bleibt, sind Küche - in der auch eine Waschmaschine steht -, das Bad und die davon gentrennte Toilette, sowie das auf dem Grundriss (anbei) als Wohnzimmer gekennzeichnete voll bezogen und nutzbar. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist dort makiert (rot eingekreist) und ein paar der Möbel können gegen eine Abstandszahlung übernommen werden, falls gewünscht. Es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Kellerverschlag, wo z.B. ein Fahrrad abgestellt werden kann. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Frankenberger Viertels und jeweils Fußläufig erreichbar sind u.a.: - Hauptbahnhof, ca. 15 min - die nächsten Bushalstestellen, ca.6 min - der nächste Netto, ca. 3 min (13 zum Aquis Plaza Einkaufszentrum) - das RWTH Hauptgebäude, ca. 30 min Die Nebenkosten setzen sich zusammen aus Strom, Gas, Heizung Wasser, Internet und Hausratsversicherung. This would be a sublet with my current flatmate! As my flatmate is staying, the kitchen (which also includes a washing machine), the bathroom and the separate toilet, as well as the room marked as the living room on the floor plan (attached) are fully furnished and usable. The room that is becoming available is marked (circled in red) and some of the furniture can be taken over for a fee, if desired. There is also a small basement storage room where you can store a bicycle, for example. The flat is located near the Frankenberg district and the following are within walking distance: - Main railway station, approx. 15 minutes - The nearest bus stops, approx. 6 minutes - The nearest Netto supermarket, approx. 3 minutes (13 to the Aquis Plaza shopping centre) - The RWTH main building, approx. 30 min The additional costs consist of electricity, gas, heating, water, internet and household insurance.
