Hi! I'm going abroad and I'm looking for someone, or a couple, who wants to use my apartment while I'm away. I'm not just looking for any tenant, I really want to give it to the right people who will treat it like their own home and maybe eventually become the long-term tenant of the apartment. The apartment is 86 m2 and has 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, a big living room, and a kitchen. It's fully furnished so you can move right in, besides my personal belongings, all the furniture stays in the apartment. The location honestly can't get much better in Cologne. The apartment is right at Chlodwigplatz, the train station is literally at the front door. There's also a bus stop 2 minutes away on foot, and a supermarket directly across the street. Südstadt is one of the most loved neighbourhoods in Köln, and from here you have cafés, restaurants and the Rhine all within walking distance. I want to sublet, but if the right people want to take the full apartment, it's €2,000/month. For only one room it's €900/month including the bills.
