This is a cozy, modern private room in a shared apartment that I’ve put a lot of thought into. It’s furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk, so you’ve got everything you need whether you want to relax or get some work done. What I really like about these shared apartments is how easy it is to settle in, especially if you’re new to Munich. It’s not just about having a roomit’s about feeling at home and getting to know people. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and friendly, and in my experience, people quickly find their rhythm here and build genuine connections. The apartment was recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern. The bathroom is stylish and clean, with high-quality tiles that make it a really pleasant space to start your day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect—fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and even a washing machine (sometimes with a dryer function too, which is super convenient). There’s also a nice dining area where you can sit together, eat, or just hang out. The flooring throughout the apartment adds to the modern feel and makes the whole place comfortable to live in. Wi-Fi is available as well—either included in the rent or shared between flatmates at a very low cost. Overall, it’s a space that’s designed to make everyday life easy and comfortable. ⸻ Neighborhood The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful part of Munich, which I think is a big plus. At the same time, you’re well connected—public transport is close by, so getting around the city is quick and easy.
