The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. On the top level of the apartment you will find the living room with its large corner sofa (which has a double sofabed function if required for guests), smart TV, fridge with freezer compartment and steps leading to the gallery level with its home office working area. Here you will find lounge furniture, a parasol and a table with four chairs, as well as an enchanting view of greenery and towards the Baldeneysee in the distance. On the sleeping level you will find the bathroom with window, bath, separate shower, stylish bathroom furniture and mirrored cabinet. Next to this is the bedroom with double bed. Shutters on the windows. Somewhat partitioned off from this is a dressing room with spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and illuminated linen storage racks. This area also houses the ironing board, clothes drying racks and vacuum cleaner. A split level lower is the dining kitchen featuring granite tiles, built-in ceiling spots and high quality fitted units. A fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob with extractor hood, oven at body height, microwave with convection and grill functions, coffee machine and a full range of tableware and cooking utensils all await you. The large dining table and seating area by the window, as well as the breakfast bar with TV in the main kitchen area, all invite you to relax.
