Wir haben die obere Etage als Schlafzimmer genutzt, während der untere Bereich als großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche dient. Fotos kann ich auf Anfrage gerne zur Verfügung stellen. The apartment is exceptionally bright and bathed in natural light. **The monthly rent is €1350, which includes all utilities except electricity. ** We paid a two-month deposit, and we assume this will remain the same. The flat is furnished! Further details, including the minimum rental period (at least 12months), can be discussed with the owner. A fully legal rental contract will be provided, and address registration is possible. The apartment includes a sofa, bed, large TV, desk, and cupboard. The kitchen is smal, equipped with an induction cooktop. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine. We used the upper floor as a bedroom, while the downstairs area serves as a spacious living room with an open kitchen. I can provide photos upon request.
