The window faces south so it has a wonderful light until late during the sunny days. It is one of the three rooms of the apartment, which is about 65sqm. The kitchen is fully furnished and in the bathroom there is a washing/drying machine. The building has also a drying room in the cellar, plus a bike room toake your commute easier. The building's isolation was upgraded a few years ago so now the apartment stays chill during summer and warm during winter.
