The apartment includes: - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Large separate bedroom - Fully furnished living spaces Internet, electricity and utilities are already active and included for the rental period. Normal usage is expected and excessive misuse/abnormally high consumption will not be accepted. The flat is located directly in the center of Ingolstadt. It is only a 1-minute walk from Rathausplatz and around 7 minutes walking distance from the ZOB (central bus station) for transportation. There is one Edeka supermarket 100 meters away, and all the bars and restaurants are within a walking distance.
