Your new room is approximately 21 square meters and is located at the back of the approximately 60-square-meter attic apartment. It is accessible via the hallway, which also leads to the bathroom, the separate toilet, and the kitchen. Your room faces the courtyard, so you can sleep with the windows open even at night. The building is generally quiet. All the furniture in the bedroom is to be sold with the room (minus 1 table), I am looking to get around 300 Euros for it. There will also be a price of 70 Euros for your share of the furniture from the rest of the flat (i.e. Fridge/Washing Machine). The apartment includes a bike storage room and a private storage unit in the basement. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building. There is an ice cream and a pizza shop on the ground floor of the building next door. It’s a five-minute walk to the Maxfeld stop and a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, as well as a bakery and cafés. The apartment is right next to the city park, which is perfect for a walk or some exercise in any weather. There are two gyms nearby, and the highway is also just a short drive away. For those of you with a sweet tooth, there are also plenty of restaurants in the area :-). There are no reserved parking areas, but plenty of free street parking options are available. I’m moving out of our amazing flat and looking for the perfect person to step into my room and join the WG! You’ll be living with Abhi—a super chill, respectful, and active professional working at PUMA. He’s been living in Germany for over 6 years and is currently on a mission to master his German, so he’s always up for a bit of practice! A quick snapshot of your future flatmate: Active & Adventurous: Abhi is a big fan of running, traveling, photography, and exploring the open road. In the Kitchen: He loves cooking up delicious vegan meals (and he keeps the kitchen spotless!). Downtime: When he’s winding down, you’ll find him catching up on good shows and movies, or always happy to share a drink and have a relaxed chat in the evenings.
