DE (English Version scroll downwards) Hallo Zusammen, ich bin Melvern und meine Mitbewohnerin ist Nemsy. Wir kommen ursprünglich aus Indonesien. Ich studiere Elektrotechnik und Nemsy studiere Business Administration, beide an der RWTH. Wir wollen zusammen ausziehen und suche einen neuen (Paar) Nachmieter. Wir wollen ausziehen und neuen Nachmieter finden, weil ich zu einer STW umziehe und Nemsy nach der Auszug zur Ehe mit ihrer Verlobte von Niederland kommt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von RWTH Hörsälen, beinhaltet 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 Pantryküche. Die Größe von jedem Schlafzimmer ist c.a 16m2. In der Pantryküche sind 2 Herde, 1 Waschbecken, 1 Mikrowelle und 1 Kühlschrank da. Neben der Küche ist die Tür zum Abstellraum. Im Badezimmer sind 1 Duschbad, 1 Waschbecken und 1 Toilettensitzplatz. Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig, die beide Schlafzimmer sind voneinander mit einem relativ dünnen Wand getrennt, jedoch wenn ihr mit einem Freund, Familienmitglied oder Bekannte einziehe, liegt darin kein Problem. Die ganze Wohnung selbst ist mit einem dicken Wand von den anderen Wohnung getrennt. Viele Grüße Melvern und Nemsy EN Hello all, my name is Melvern and my roommate Nemsy. We are from Indonesia. I study Electrical Engineering and Nemsy is studying Business Administration, both at the RWTH. We are moving out from the Apartment and searching for a new (pair of) Tenant(s). I am moving out because i got a room in a student apartment and Nemsy will be getting married and moving out to the Netherlands. The Apartment is located near the rwth lecture halls, inside consist of 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and 1 Compact Kitchen. The size of the apartment ist approximately 16 m2. In the compact kitchen there are 2 stoves, 1 sink, 1 microwave and 1 Refrigerator. Next to the kitchen is the janitor room, where you can put cleaning stuff behind. In the Bathroom there are 1 Shower, 1 Sink and 1 Toilet seat. The Apartment is relatively quiet. Both bedrooms are seperated with a relatively light wall, but if you move in together with your friend, family or someone you know, it wouldnt be a problem.
