Welcome to our sunny oasis! We are renting out our beautiful, sun-drenched 3-room apartment (87 sqm) close to Mauerpark for exactly 12 months. This apartment is our absolute sanctuary, fully furnished and equipped with a great sound system, cozy underfloor heating (Fußbodenheizung), and lovely personal details. The architectural highlight of the living area is a massive glass front with 3 large sliding doors (Schiebetüren), filling the space with natural light and opening up seamlessly to the quiet terrace. It is perfectly suited for couples, a small family, or anyone looking for a bright, inspiring home office. It features a main bathroom complete with a relaxing bathtub (Badewanne) and a separate guest WC. The Highlight – Our private, sun-kissed garden terrace: Through the large sliding glass doors, you step directly onto the spacious and wonderfully quiet terrace, which enjoys sun almost all day long! We turned it into a peaceful green paradise right in the city. You can completely unwind here and pick sweet berries straight from the bush: we have homegrown redcurrants, blackberries, raspberries, and even a small nectarine and apple tree. With a little love and watering, our grapevine will hopefully bear its very first sweet grapes this late summer! A nice grill is also waiting for your cozy summer evenings. Cozy Movie Nights & Golden Hours: When the sun goes down (or whenever you feel like a movie afternoon), you can lower the built-in window blinds (Jalousien) of the big glass front to darken the room. The living area instantly transforms into your private cinema! Our great sound system provides the ultimate theater experience for cozy movie nights on the couch. (Note: The sound system is shared for your free enjoyment, but we kindly ask you to handle it with care).
