Hey you, future flat share member! 👋🙂 How nice that you came across our ad - maybe this very click will lead you to your new home! 🏡 We're looking for someone who wants to live in a real shared flat - with openness, mutual respect, good humor and a sense of shared laughter, cooking or chilling together in the garden. Sounds like you? Then read on! Who we are: We are Mehdi (24, intern at Sony), Maxim (22, trainee at LBS and always up for sport or a game) and Farheen (29, IT consultant, travel enthusiast and flat-sharing fan since August 2023). Our shared flat has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We like to sit together on the balcony or in the garden in the evening, cook together, talk about the day - or simply enjoy the peace and quiet in our own room. Anything goes, nothing has to. What's important to us: A home where you feel comfortable - not just a roof over your head. We are looking for a new member of our shared flat who is open-minded and tolerant, who wants to live together and not just “door-to-door”. A flat share with atmosphere, respect and perhaps the odd outing or games evening together. Your new room: Approx. 15 m², bright & friendly with a large window and balcony door - the south-west orientation means you get nice sunshine in the room in the afternoon 🌞 Furnished with bed, mattress, large wardrobe (real wood!) and desk with chair - unpack your suitcase and move in! Balcony access directly from the room - perfect for sunsets, coffee in the morning or a bit of plant care 🌿 Plenty of storage space - if you're bringing more than just "light luggage" The apartment: Our shared apartment is located in a well-kept house with everything your heart desires: Modern bathroom with underfloor heating - cold feet in winter? Not with us! 🛁 Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher - cooking is really fun here 👩🍳 Washing machine & dryer are also there - so no schlepping to the laundry Large communal garden behind the house: ideal for sunbathing, reading in the greenery, inviting friends over or simply relaxing. A real highlight in summer! 🌳🌸 Everything is included in the service charges: Water, heating, garbage, electricity, cleaning, property tax, washing machine, kitchen, etc. Just easy living.
