English: As I am often abroad, I am offering the ground floor of my cozy two-storey house on the outskirts of Hamburg for short-term rent. This includes a fully furnished bedroom with bed, sofa, large mirror and wardrobe, plus shared bathroom, living room, and access to the large surrounding garden. For much of your stay, you may have the whole space to yourself. The house sits in a peaceful residential area, close to nature, right on the Hamburg border. Travel time to the city centre is 20 to 50 minutes depending on your destination and the time of day. Hamburg Airport is nearby, public transport is within walking distance, and there is a private parking space on the property. You’re welcome to use the washing machine, dishwasher, large TV, and a storage room for your belongings. Perfect for: professionals working in northern Hamburg, business travellers, exchange students, and anyone looking for a temporary, comfortable place to stay. Important: This is a short-term rental only (maximum stay: 6 months). The room is part of my private home, so I kindly ask that you treat the space with care, do not redecorate, and keep common areas clean. Rent: €600/month (water, electricity, gas and wifi included!)
