    I'm moving out of my apartment at the end of August and looking for someone to take over from September onwards. 🛋️ Fully furnished studio (~30m²) 📍 Located in Studico Darmstadt, just one stop from Luisenplatz 💡 All costs included (electricity, heating, water, etc.) 💶 Rent is €922/month Here you will find the information we need from tenants: -The last 3 pay slips / for new employment: copy of employment contract / for self-employed: a confirmation from the tax advisor, BWA information or income tax return -A Schufa report Copy of identity card (front and back) -Completed self-disclosure form (see attachment) -If a guarantor is provided, we will also require the documents listed under points 1.-4. from the guarantor. -For non-EU applicants: Residence permit / work permit -If a company rents the apartment, we require a current commercial register extract and a copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory. The rental price is € 922.00/month all inclusive. RENTAL PRICES: The rental price includes all utilities, including electricity, water, heating, and internet (10 Mbps). The GEZ (German public broadcasting license) fees and any telephone connection fees are the responsibility of the tenant. All apartments are fully furnished, including a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. We will be happy to send you an inventory list for a standard apartment upon request. Bed linen, dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are not provided. The apartments are rented to one person only, although for two people it can be discussed with owners at the cost of some additional fees if they agree in special cases. The rental agreement is initially concluded for a period of four years, after which it is automatically extended to an indefinite tenancy. Within the first four years, there is the option of termination twice a year: at the end of September 30th and March 31st of each year, with a notice period of three months. Should it become necessary to terminate the contract at other times, the tenant can provide a solvent replacement tenant - we would be happy to assist you in the search. This means that you can search for a replacement tenant, for example, by placing an ad on Immobilienscout/Immonet.
