Kitchen: Furnished with everything to cook, including an oven (dishes, forks, knives, cups, toaster etc.), a new kitchen table with 2chairs. The apartment is ideal for a single person. Not for 2persons please. Flat is now available for viewing. Minimum rental of 6months, possibly renewable for a longer period if we are both happy ;) There is the possibility to park your bike in the building securely (indoor) The rental is appropriate to a single person (also costs were calculated for one person usage (electricity/water)). I rent to professionals only . No smoking in the flat and no pet are allowed. In the building very quiet people live in it, they are mostly all owners. International people are welcome. You can communicate with me in French, Spanish, English or German. It is a furnished flat so there is no space for you to bring your own furniture. There is no cellar. No elevator but easy steps to walk.
