This attractive and very tastefully furnished apartment in an older building enjoys a central location in Ratingen. It has been tastefully appointed with new furniture. Open-plan layout, meaning there are no doors between the entrance hall and living room or living room and bedroom, with the latter being separated off by a curtain. The Ratingen-Ost local rail station is around 500 metres away, and there are several bus routes within walking distance. Destinations beyond the region are easily reachable thanks to the A3, A52 and A44 motorways, which are all only a few minutes away. The rent already includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and the parking space. The stated rent applies to one person, and the minimum rental period is three months. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. The parking space in the rear courtyard is for your sole use, solving the problem of finding a parking space in such a central location. Also provided are two TVs, Vodafone GigaTV, HomeNet and wi-fi internet access. The bedroom is furnished with an extremely spacious wardrobe and a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a second TV set with the Waipu streaming service. Access to the south-east-facing balcony from the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine (De Longhi), toaster and kettle. A good selection of tableware, pots and pans, baking utensils, glasses and towels is also provided. A basic selection of bedlinen, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and last but not least a washing machine on the ground floor all ensure you have a perfect stay.
