The white-tiled bathroom offers a shower, WC, washbasin with illuminated mirror cabinet and base cabinet, heated towel rail and a washing machine and dryer. Marl is located on the northern edge of the Ruhr area and offers relics from past centuries and the extensive and beautifully landscaped "Hohe Mark" nature park as well as new architectural ideas.
