Shops nearby. If occupied by one person, the monthly rent is €1590. The rent includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and flat-rate internet. If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100 per month. If required, fortnightly cleaning of the apartment can be arranged at extra charge. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved. This is a non-smoking property. Lagebeschreibung
The Persebeck district lies in the south-west of the city of Dortmund, directly bordering Witten. It borders Witten's districts Rüdinghausen and Stockum and Dortmund's districts of Kruckel, Menglinghausen, Eichlinghofen and Salingen. Persebeck is part of Dortmund's Hombruch administrative district. Its public transport connection is provided by the Stadtwerke Dortmund's 448 bus route, within the regional VRR network. The neighbouring rail line and Kruckel station (S5 route) provide good links to Dortmund's main rail station, as well as to Witten and Hagen. Your food shopping can be done in the compact shopping centre that lies between Kruckel and Persebeck. Persebeck is also home to other shops: a news kiosk, bicycle shop and florist.
