Quiet location with good parking available. Non-smoking property. Bochum city centre and the A448 and A40 motorways are all just a few minutes’ drive away. The rent is calculated for 1 person and already includes the operating and heating costs as well as an advance payment for gas (water heating) of € 25 and the costs for internet access. The monthly rent increases by € 150 for each additional person. The electricity costs are to be paid in addition. A parking space can be rented for € 50,- per month if required. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Newly fully fitted and furnished throughout. Vinyl floor coverings. The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa, smart TV and dining table with chairs. Internet access is provided. The separate fitted kitchen offers a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2.0m) and wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a pull-out bed (for one or two people/children), desk and wardrobe. New compact bathroom featuring a bath with shower fitting, window and heated towel rail. Entrance hall with shoe cabinet and built-in storage space. There is a washing machine in the building’s cellar, and it’s possible that a dryer may also be provided. This residential district is defined by relaxed, residential areas of medium to high quality, which also offer lots of greenery. Transport connections: 2km to the south-western ring road (Oviedo-Ring). Buses to the city centre, Wattenscheid and Dahlhausen.
