    This spacious, modern apartment is located in the first storey of a multi-family building. Nearby main roads provide good links to the wider road network and the airport. The journey to Dortmund's main rail station takes 20 to 30 minutes by underground rail and bus. Shops, plus a pizzeria and kiosk, are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance hall, bedroom, living room, kitchen, second bedroom and bathroom. The monthly rent is €1200 per month. Service charges, electricity, heating, a parking space and flat-rate internet are already included in the rent. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning is invoiced according to the work involved, charged at €25 per hour. Non-smoking property. Regular cleaning can be arranged, upon agreement and at additional charge. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. It offers a generous kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen appliances, glasses, tableware, cooking utensils and a large dining table. A particular highlight in the kitchen is the additional flat-screen TV. The living room is furnished with a modern, two-part sofa set and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The main bedroom offers a bed (1.8m wide), a wardrobe, a desk and of course bedlinen. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 1.0m x 2.0m, as well as a working area and wardrobe. The bright bathroom features natural light and offers a bath and shower. You also have use of a washing machine in the building's cellar. Flat-rate internet is of course also included in the rent.
