This spacious, modern apartment is located in the first storey of a multi-family building. Nearby main roads provide good links to the wider road network and the airport. The journey to Dortmund's main rail station takes 20 to 30 minutes by underground rail and bus. Shops, plus a pizzeria and kiosk, are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance hall, bedroom, living room, kitchen, second bedroom and bathroom. The monthly rent is €1200 per month. Service charges, electricity, heating, a parking space and flat-rate internet are already included in the rent. Deposit: 1 month's rent. The bright bathroom features natural light and offers a bath and shower. You also have use of a washing machine in the building's cellar.
