The tram stop for routes 308/318 is just two minutes’ walk away, offering a direct connection to Bochum city centre. Excellent parking can be found directly in the vicinity of the property. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges and an advance payment of €100 per month for heating costs. For each additional person, the rent increases by €100 per month. Electricity must be paid for separately according to use. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Living room with cosy corner sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric hob with five rings, oven, fridge-freezer and all usual kitchen inventory. Dining area featuring a table with three chairs and additional corner seating. One bedroom is furnished with a bed (1.40 x 2.0m) and chest of drawers. An additional bedroom offers two beds: one 1.60m x 2.0m and one 1.0 x 2.0m (which pulls out to double size), as well as a wardrobe and sofa. This thoroughly attractive district lies around 2km away from the city centre. East of the ring road is the focus for Bochum’s large events: The Ruhrlandhalle conference centre, Rundsporthalle sports centre, Ruhrstadion football stadium and the Starlight Express theatre. The transport connections are excellent, with the A40 and A43 motorways being nearby. Trams 308/318. From the main rail station, underground route U35 towards Herne and Hustadt, and numerous bus routes taking you to Bochum city centre and Dortmund.
